Warranty & Return Policy

The only warranty provided by Wall Armor Carbon Fiber to customers is: All materials purchased will be shipped free of factory defects and will meet all manufacturing specifications as advertised. There are no other warranties in effect written or verbal. Materials and products damaged in the shipping process by freight carriers will be replaced with the same items as purchased if the shipping insurance was purchased at the time of checkout (Route package insurance is available for every purchase by selecting the box during checkout). Carbon fiber kits will not be eligible for returns if they are partially used, missing components, or incomplete in any way. Refunds will be provided for the amount paid if all requirements are met for a return. The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded or compensated by Wall Armor Carbon Fiber. Refunds will be paid out after the original goods are received at the warehouse. Customized and special material orders are non-refundable and carry the same warranty as all other products.
